Driver Recruiter Specialist Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Near Minor Mosque) Salary : Fixed base salary + performance bonuses Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM Work Format : Office-based only Responsibilities: • Source and recruit drivers for a U.S.-based trucking company. • Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates. • Present the company and explain employment opportunities. • Explain company policies, requirements, and work conditions. • Guide candidates through the hiring process. • Maintain communication with prospective drivers and build long-term relationships. Requirements: • Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Availability to work the evening/night shift. • Age: 20+ Please do NOT apply if : • You are looking for a remote position. • You have poor English pronunciation. • You are unable to work from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
